The only point of agreement on the future of land management and agriculture in the UK is that it is undergoing huge change post-European Union exit and the new imperative to regenerate our ecosystems. And now, tragically, war-induced price rises and concerns about food security have been added to an already heady brew. The Mint met with Sue Pritchard to get a take on how the future was unfolding. Sue is the chief executive of the Food, Farming and Countryside Commission as well as a Welsh hill farmer in her own right so her crystal ball should be better than most.
