Lebohang Liepollo Pheko

Lebohang is an activist scholar, public intellectual, development practitioner for over 25 years. Her  broad research Interests  include  Afrikan political economy, States and nationhood, international trade & global financial governance and she is  currently based in Johannesburg. She has spent the past year co-creating and framing African feminist alternatives to build forward looking , ethical economics ‘post covid’. In her spare time Pheko  enjoys hikes, jogs, poetry , gospel and jazz and pursues the elusive art of stillness.  She tweets at #Liepollo9
