Stephen is Emeritus Professor of Organization and Employment Relations at UNSW Business School, Sydney. He has authored over 80 refereed journal articles and several books. Stephen has undertaken research for the ILO and has a long-standing interest in comparative work systems. He is currently researching how AI impacts work organisation.
