Willy Diddens

Willy worked as an economist for the Ministry of Transport in The Netherlands. He was involved in policy analysis studies and later in European transport research. He served as a Dutch representative in subsequent  Framework Programmes of the EU, in the field of transport. After his retirement he became interested in alternative economic systems and their classification.
