Phumelele is aspiring to start her own distillery in Soweto crafting beers and ciders using African methods of making beverages with sorghum. She is a part-time caterer and is passionate about heritage preservation of the different recipes of dishes unique to South Africa. Phumelele has a strong interest in photography as she sees it as a way of freezing time and capturing moments to live forever.
