Jonathan is a senior lecturer in the Centre for Environment and Sustainability at the University of Surrey. He researches water resources management and sustainable development. He has researched in the Europe, Middle East, Australia, south-east Asia, and Africa. He started a vegan cheese business as a side project and his cookbook The Global Vegan will be available from Amazon later in the year.
