Erica is a senior research fellow at IPPR North. She leads IPPR North’s programme of work in the North East. Most recently Erica has worked on projects looking at digital exclusion in the North East and disability across the North. Erica’s areas of expertise include skills and education, social policy, inequalities, and arts and culture and their value to society.
