James is Director of Oxford University Centre for Skills, Knowledge, and Organisational Performance and Associate Professor of Tertiary Education Systems. His research is focused on the political economy of education and training, applying systems lenses to skills supply and demand, research and innovation, education and training policy, and social, epistemic and climate justice.
