Fardin Sharify

Fardin was born on March 2001 in Herat, Afghanistan. Before the Taliban took over Afghanistan, he was a third-year chemical engineering student at Kabul Polytechnic University. He worked as a contract translator at The United Nations and was an activist working on (women’s rights, progressive thinking for youth and I was a debaters). He is currently a volunteer at organisation helping kids and animals ( Arctic Fox ) and has built his own informative website on languages and working as an English teacher.

Fardin was an activist student in Afghanistan’s capital, Kabul, in 2021, when the Taliban took control, turning his world upside down. He now lives in Russia near the Arctic circle.
