Divya Priyadarshni

A native of Bihar, India, Divya doesn’t just write policy — she turns institutional silos into coordinated action. Over seven years of project management and government liaisoning, she’s worked at the frontlines of India’s governance reform across multiple states — architecting district strategy in Jashpur, Chhattisgarh; advising SCERT on education monitoring in her home state of Bihar; steering Skill India’s vocational push in Punjab; and leading learning and impact programmes across Haryana and New Delhi. A Gandhi Fellow chosen from a pool where only 2% make it through, Divya’s real skill lies in convergence—pulling education, health, tourism, and Panchayati Raj into one coherent story of change.
