Julien has worked as a policy analyst in academia, government and consulting for more than 15 years. He is redirecting his efforts towards climate change mitigation and adaptation, with a particular focus on food security and resilience to climate extremes. He also has a keen interest in the transformation of regulatory policy scholarship and in industrial hazards.
