Ben is a Lecturer in Social Anthropology at SOAS – University of London and a Research Fellow at the Open University on the project “Policing Uncertainty: Decisions Actions in a National Emerging,” where he is working with two police forces on evaluating their Covid-19 response. He has researched infrastructure finance and assurance communities on two recent projects, the CRUISSE Network project “Resilient Infrastructure” in 2018 and the Rebuilding Macroeconomics project “Trajectories of Infrastructure Finance” in 2019/2020.
